Food was hot and service was brilliant driver very polite and friendly

An hour for our order to it being wrong and having another 45minute wait for the correct item. On delivery of the correct item they took the wrong one away not sure why? Perhaps to check we weren’t lying? Glad they corrected their mistake but very long wait to actually enjoy the food, everyone ate theirs and left one of us eating alone.

it’s been over 2 hours and i’ve still not received my order i’ve tried to contact several times and no answer

Everyone enjoyed their meal - the food delivered quickly and was hot.

Food was about half hour over specified delivery time and all good was cold, really disappointed.

Great service but food very greasy not cooked properly

Paid for large chips but got small portion. Come on Tony get it sorted. Food is good but portion size needs sorting or folk will go elsewhere.

Took over an hour to arrive, girl that answered the phone couldn’t care less when I asked where it was. Food finally arrived, freezing cold and inedible. Worst donner meat I have ever had, burger buns were soggy from the “salad” and the chips and cheese were just one, solid block. By far, the worst takeaway we have ever had!

Kebab tasted like rubber should have contacted shop but didn't meat was very chewy not like normal kebab shall be reporting to environmental health

1st time something has went wrong with my order, delivered to the wrong door🫣 called them & they they were very apologetic & had delivered my order within a reasonable time. Food has always been great. We’re only human & mistakes can happen. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Outstanding Fish and Chips, perfect in every way. Perfect and hot, Probably the best we have had. Added to this the price is extremely good.

We wasn’t sure to order as we got food poisoning from another place. But as soon as the food came it was piping hot, smelled fresh and big portions definitely worth the money. We will definitely be back for sure! I would say this is the only chippy that Decent left in Livingston and no sore Belly’s the next day which is just a bonus

I had a fried pizza supper and had asked if they could put some onion on the pizza and Brendan did that. He’s a great guy and he cooks some of the best chips in West Lothian. There was a small mix up with my order but that was sorted. All in all, the food is always well cooked(not burnt) and tastes delicious.

Having just moved here we thought we'd give it a try. Pizzas are restaurant quality . Fish & chips were amazing . Price was fantastic too (compared to Edinburgh) looks like we hit the jackpot on our 1st takeaway here !

You’ve either read and ignored or not read the request sent. I’ve been given food I’m literally intolerant to, hence why I added instructions. The burger bun is burnt and the bruschetta soggy and cold since instructions weren’t followed. Gives the impression the boss wasn’t in as never had an order with such little care taken.

The last twice I've ordered spaghetti carbonara and the last twice was given tasteless big tubes of pasta. Could not eat it. If you ask customers whether they want spaghetti or pasta, please get it right

Ordered Donner Pizza at 19:09, delivery time confirmed for 19:50….. called at 20:15 to make enquiry if order was on way to be told they were waiting on driver getting back, so as it hadn’t left I added a drink to my order as payment is cash, 20:43 I call back as still not delivered, 20:58 order has finally arrived nearly 2 hours after it was placed and the pizza is cold
